This is the time of year when bosses are giving us update of how
Sykes is doing in terms of business. It's been my?? ...lost counting hehe. Never
had I lost my faith for the ff to come true..still on review (crossing my fingers)
1. Retirement
2. Annual Incentive instead of gain share.
In fairness...there are a lot of changes.
Sykes is getting bigger and bigger and very competitive in terms of BPO
industry. Way to go!!
Regardless...I'm still happy and proud to
be part of Sykes. Been 12 years not so obvious hehe. God bless to #Sykers.
